About Ragtime Software Studio...

 Hello friends, family, acquaintances, and strangers.  I assure you that there are no enemies here, just a community of nerds, geeks, and dorks who are seeking to expand their collective consciousness through the power of online gaming.  Ragtime Software Studio (and this website) are dedicated to bringing Planet Earth the best in cutting edge command line games.  Have you ever played a MUD (Multiplayer Underground Dungeon)?  What about a text based adventure?  The games you find here are like a mixture of both of those things, and in the future you might find any one of those things being offered on this site, because this website is itself an ad hoc concoction.  However, there will be no games with graphical user interfaces on this site (but there could still be games with graphics).  One of the biggest advantages of playing these games from Ragtime Software Studio is Ragtime's novel use of integers to control game mechanics procedurally.  There will sometimes be some text, however these games are designed to be highly mathematical in their structure and they therefore require intense critical thinking as they are designed to improve the user's basic analytical skills.  Imagination, is also most helpful, as one must harness their own internal power of visualization to create a representation of these data points within their own mind.  Once one has achieved this, anything is possible.  You can go to space, you can make money, you can be successful and these games are designed to teach you to do those things.  If you have fun along the way, then that is an added bonus, because in this otherworldly realm we call cyber space, it is the experience that matters most.
